Role: Lead Editor & Project Manager – Beast Games in Minecraft

This was easily one of the most challenging and fast-paced projects I’ve ever worked on — and I couldn’t be prouder of the result.

I built a team of editors from scratch and, together, we produced all four episodes in just over two months — working nonstop, even through the holidays. Having never touched Minecraft before, I had to quickly adapt to Karl’s unique content style while managing tight deadlines and leading a newly formed team under intense pressure. Despite the fast turnaround and unexpected challenges, we delivered every episode on time.

The scale of the project was massive: over 140 participants and an overwhelming volume of footage to process. Thankfully, Karl’s production team was incredibly supportive, providing key assets and guidance throughout. With each episode, we streamlined our workflow, pushed the quality further, and grew stronger as a team.

The results speak for themselves — over 10 million views and counting. More than anything, this project taught me invaluable lessons about high-stakes editing, leadership, and problem-solving under pressure.
